Swar Vigyan is an ancient yogic tradition that explores the relationship between breath, energy, timing and daily life. In this 10-class practical course, you will go beyond the basic concepts and learn how to observe your Swar and understand its applications in everyday situations.

What You’ll Learn

Across 10 classes, you will explore:

  • The fundamentals of Swar Vigyan — Ida, Pingala and Sushumna, and the significance of left and right nostril breathing.

  • Your breathing patterns and the Pancha Tattva — learn how to observe your active Swar and understand the connection between breath and the five elements.

  • Swar and daily activities — learn traditional principles for choosing the right time to begin important activities and understand how different Swaras are associated with different types of actions.

  • Home and auspicious beginnings — explore traditional Swar practices for Griha Pravesh, entering a new home, starting a journey and important beginnings.

  • Travel and journeys — learn traditional practices related to leaving home, entering your vehicle, domestic travel and overseas journeys.

  • Work, business and communication — understand how Swar principles are applied before meetings, negotiations, presentations and important conversations.

  • Important situations and decision-making — explore applications of Swar for significant appointments, legal or court-related matters, new projects and important decisions.

  • Relationships and personal life — learn practical ways to apply breath awareness when communicating, handling disagreements and creating greater harmony.

  • Energy, balance and meditation — explore breathing practices for balancing Ida and Pingala, relaxation, concentration and meditation.

  • Advanced practical application — bring everything together through real-life examples, guided exercises, traditional techniques and practical Swar-based routines.

✨ Mudras for Success & Balance

As part of the course, you will also be introduced to traditional Mudras and learn how specific hand gestures are traditionally used to support focus, confidence, energy, inner balance and the intention behind your goals.

You will learn how Mudras can be incorporated into your daily routine alongside Swar observation, meditation and other traditional practices.

By the End of the Course

You will have a practical understanding of how to observe your breath, identify your active Swar and explore its traditional application in areas such as travel, home entry, work, communication, relationships, important decisions, meditation and personal growth.

This is designed as a practical learning experience—not just a theory-based course—so you can take the concepts you learn and incorporate them into your everyday life.
